Our News Desk and Media Team can provide photographs of those convicted of a crime, in accordance with ACPO and Force guidelines.
All images issued by the Force remain under the copyright of Devon & Cornwall Police; permission for media organisations and publishers to use said images can be withdrawn at any time.
Custody images issued by the Force are for the express use of publication and/or broadcast in connection with the conviction and sentencing only; all use must remain contemporaneous.
Permission to reuse the image in connection with any other future reporting must be sought from Devon & Cornwall Police prior.
It is a journalist's responsibility to provide full details before any photograph is released.

What happens after you submit this form
Your form has been submitted, and the Media Team have been notified.
Photographs will only be released upon sentence of a crime when a custodial sentence of at least 12 months has been imposed by the courts. Photographs will not be released upon conviction of a crime unless there are exceptional circumstances.
For the cases of a murder conviction, a photograph of the offender may be released upon conviction.
