Appeal following fatal road traffic collision in Falmouth
We are appealing for witnesses and relevant footage following a fatal road traffic collision in Falmouth.
At around 7.10pm on Wednesday 28 January emergency services attended a report of a collision on Mayfield Road involving a cyclist and a Honda motor scooter.
The cyclist was taken to hospital by air ambulance.
Sadly, we were notified on Monday 16 February that the cyclist – a local man in his 70s - has passed away in hospital.
His next of kin has been informed.
Anybody who witnessed the incident, or who has relevant footage who has not yet spoken to police, is asked to call 101 or visit our website quoting log 644 of 28 January.
