Fatal collision, Saltash
Officers are appealing for witnesses following a traffic collision at a Saltash supermarket car park in which a woman died.
Emergency services were called at 11.45am on Thursday 30 October following the incident at Waitrose in Avery Way.
A blue Volvo V40 was in collision with a Suzuki Swift, a Ford Focus, and a Mercedes Sprinter van which were parked and unattended.
Police, ambulance and the air ambulance attended.
Sadly, a 78-year-old woman from Saltash, who was the driver of the Volvo, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
A section of the car park was closed off while specialist roads policing officers investigated the scene.
They are investigating the circumstances and would like to hear from anyone who saw the incident or has relevant dashcam footage.
