UPDATE | Dog incident, Plymouth
We have identified a man we wished to speak to after an incident involving a dog in Plymouth on Saturday 1 August.
It follows a photo appeal by the force earlier this week.
The man who was injured after a dog jumped up at him in the city centre remains in hospital.
