Burglaries, Okehampton

Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a number of burglaries in Okehampton.

The offences took place in Upcott Valley and Curlew Close overnight between Thursday 11 April and Friday 12 April.

During one of the burglaries keys to a grey Kia Stonic were taken and the vehicle subsequently stolen.

Since the crimes were reported officers have been carrying out house to house and CCTV enquiries and are now turning to the community to ask for anyone who may have any information regarding the incidents to contact police. Investigating officers are continuing with further enquiries to try and identify the suspect or suspects.

Police are keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the burglaries or noticed suspicious persons or vehicles in the area around the time of the incident, or who may have CCTV/doorbell footage.
