Serious road traffic collision, Plymouth
Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a serious road traffic collision in Plymouth.
Officers were called at around 2.30pm on Saturday 29 June to Rothesay Gardens following a collision involving a white BMW and a child cyclist.
As a result of the collision a 10-year-old boy sustained serious injuries and was taken to Derriford Hospital. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
The road was closed while an investigation was carried out at the scene.
Officers from the Roads Policing Team would like to thank the public for their patience whilst the road was closed.
