Appeal following racially aggravated public order offence in Plymouth
We are appealing for the public’s assistance to help identify this man in relation to a racially aggravated public order offence in Plymouth.
At around 4.30pm on Friday 20 March officers were called to the New George Street area after a report of a man making racial comments towards a group of people before pushing one of the group.
It is believed the man pictured may be able to assist with enquiries.
We appreciate the quality of the image is poor but it is still hoped somebody may be able to help.
