Appeal after road rage assault near Penzance

We are appealing for witnesses following a road rage assault near Penzance.

At around 8.15pm on Saturday 13 December a driver had a near miss with another vehicle on the Morrisons/McDonald’s roundabout.

The second vehicle then followed the victim into McDonald’s car park and stopped in front.

All parties exited their vehicles and a verbal exchange took place.

The passenger of the vehicle then assaulted the victim by shoving him, before punching and kicking the victim’s car causing damage.

The victim sustained minor injuries as a result of the assault and his car’s wing mirror and door were damaged.
