UPDATE: Arrest made following assault in Plymouth
Officers who were investigating a report of an assault in Plymouth have arrested a man following a CCTV appeal released on 17th July.
The incident happened at approximately 10pm on Saturday 8 July at a bar on Devonport Road in Plymouth.
As part of their inquiry, officers released CCTV images of a man they wanted to speak to. Several members of the public got in touch after seeing the appeal and the man was identified.
A 30-year-old man from Plymouth was subsequently arrested on suspicion of GBH and remains in police custody.
