Assault, Exeter
Police investigating reports of assault in Exeter have released pictures of two men they would like to speak to as witnesses to the incident.
It happened on Queen Street, Exeter, on Sunday 30 July 2023, at around 3.45am.
A woman sustained facial and head injuries which required hospital treatment and a man was also injured.
Police investigating the incident would like to identify the men pictured as they believe they may have witnessed the incident and be able to assist with enquiries.
A 24-year-old woman from Exeter has been arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent and on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
A 29-year-old woman from Bournemouth has been arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent.
Both have been released on bail, to return on 31 January 2024, pending further enquiries.
