Assault, Torquay
Police investigating a report of assault in Torquay on Sunday 10 September are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
It was reported that the victim, a man in his 50s, was assaulted by a group of youths at around 7pm in Spa Beach Road, St Marychurch, Torquay.
He was treated in hospital for facial and head injuries.
