Assault, Exmouth
Police are appealing for witnesses and information following an assault in Exmouth.
The incident took place at around 1.30pm on Monday 10 June at the taxi rank area of The Strand.
It was reported that a man was attacked by three suspects and struck a number of times to the head and face. His injuries are not believed to be significant. A woman was also assaulted and suffered minor swelling and bruising to her face.
A 26-year-old man and a 29-year-old man, both from Exmouth, were arrested on suspicion of affray and wounding with intent. Both have been released on police bail.
