MISSING | Have you seen Phillip Lloyd?

We are concerned for the welfare of 62-year-old Phillip Lloyd who was last seen in Plymouth in on 4th November.

He is described as white, 6ft tall, slim to medium build, bald headed and is usually wearing a hat.

Lloyd also has a slight Liverpudlian accent.

We have reason to believe that he has been in Newton Abbot since he was last seen in Plymouth, however, his whereabouts is still unknown.
