Detectives are appealing for help to identify four men pictured in CCTV images following a serious assault at a nightclub in Plymouth.

The incident took place at around 2.30am on Sunday 1 February at Annabel’s Cabaret and Discotheque on Vauxhall Street.

A man was on the dancefloor when he was assaulted, suffering serious facial injuries. These included a fractured eye socket, resulting in vision damage and requiring multiple surgical procedures.

Despite extensive enquiries, officers have so far been unable to identify the four men pictured. Detectives believe they may have information that could assist with the investigation and are urging them, or anyone who recognises them, to come forward.

An 18-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and has been released on police bail while enquiries continue.

Anyone who recognises the individuals pictured or has information that could help the investigation is asked to contact police on 101 or via the Devon & Cornwall Police website, quoting crime reference 50260026441.

Information can also be passed anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
