MISSING | Philip Hicks from Torquay
We are concerned for the welfare of missing person Philip Hicks from Torquay.
Philip was last seen by members of family at 6pm on Monday 14 September.
He is described as a 42-year-old white man, 5ft 6ins tall, with short dark hair, and a black beard with a mole below his bottom lip. He was last seen wearing black skinny jeans, and a dark coloured top long sleeved. He has no tattoos.
He is known to frequent the Babbacombe and Watcombe coastal areas of Torbay.
He is also believed to be using a white Vauxhall Vivaro with the registration DN69 NDJ in and around the Torbay area and may well be residing in it.
