Appeal following outraging of public decency in Plymouth

We are appealing for witnesses following a report of outraging public decency in Plymouth.

Shortly before 9pm on Thursday 23 July it was reported a man was causing a nuisance and performing a sex act on himself in the alleyway next to the gin distillery on Southside Street.

Officers attended and arrested a man in his 50s from Plymouth on suspicion of outraging public decency. He has been released on Police bail while enquiries continue.
