Tribute to much-loved mum, nanna and friend
The family of a woman who died following a collision in Exmouth have released a tribute.
Patricia Sparks, aged 79 and from Windsor, sadly died after the car she was driving collided with a stationary vehicle on Sunday 12 July.
Her family have said the following: “Pat was a very much-loved mum, nanna and friend. Pat was a wonderful, kind retired teacher who brought cheer to others, and always offered a helping hand. Pat is deeply mourned by her family and friends who are devastated by her tragic passing.”
Officers were called to Queens Drive at around 8.45am following a report of the collision involving a blue Ford EcoSport and a parked car.
Mrs Sparks had been driving the EcoSport and despite best efforts of emergency services, she was pronounced deceased at the scene.
