Witness sought after serious collision, Plymouth

Police investigating a traffic collision in Plymouth which left a woman with serious injuries are appealing for a specific witness to come forward.

Officers were called around 2pm on Monday 25 November following the collision between a black Toyota Prius and a female pedestrian on Western Approach.

The 40-year-old woman from Plymouth sustained serious leg and wrist injuries and was taken to Derriford Hospital.

Officers are investigating the circumstances of the incident and would like to hear from the driver of a grey or silver-coloured Skoda Karoq who stopped to assist at the scene and may be able to help with their enquiries.

They are also keen to hear from any other witnesses who have not yet spoken to police or those with dashcam footage.
