Appeal following fatal road traffic collision on the A30 near Honiton
We are appealing for witnesses and relevant dash-cam footage following a fatal road traffic collision on the A30 near Honiton.
At around 2.10pm on Saturday 8 August police were informed of the single vehicle collision involving a grey Cupra Formentor on the A30 near to Honiton.
Sadly, the front seat passenger of the vehicle - a 28-year-old woman from the Milton Keynes area - was declared deceased at the scene.
The driver suffered minor injuries. Next of kin has been notified.
Roads Policing Officers and local officers attended the scene and conducted a thorough investigation resulting in the road being closed for several hours.
Officers would like to thank members of the public for their assistance as well as their understanding and patience.
