Appeal following assault by Plymouth pub
We are appealing for witnesses following an assault outside a pub in Plymouth.
Between 10pm and 10.30pm on Saturday 29 August a woman sustained facial injuries after being assaulted by a man at the rear of The Navy Inn in Southside Street.
A man in his 40s from Plymouth was arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
He has been released on bail, pending further enquiries.
Officers are asking any witnesses to the incident to come forward.
