Racially aggravated public order and theft, Plymouth

Police would like to identify this man in relation to racially aggravated public order and theft offences in Plymouth.

At around 5.10pm on Friday 16 August a man entered a commercial premises in King Street.

When there was an issue with a transaction the man used offensive language with racial connotations.

He also threatened to attack the employee, before leaving the store and then returning to steal beer.

Officers investigating the incident would like to speak to the man pictured as it is believed he may be able to help with enquiries.
