Appeal after indecent behaviour, Plymouth
We are appealing for the public’s help to identify this man in relation to a report of indecent behaviour in Plymouth.
A witness reported seeing a man acting suspiciously in the street in the Lipson area on 22 and 23 April. It was believed he was performing an indecent act under his clothing.
Police are investigating and would like to identify the man pictured as he may be able to assist with their enquiries.
