APPEAL | Man dies following collision in Helston
A 22-year-old man has died following a two-vehicle collision which happened on Saturday 14 December in Helston.
Emergency services were notified just after midnight to a report of a collision involving two vehicles on the A3083 near to RNAS Culdrose.
As a result of the collision, the driver of a silver Audi S3 hatchback was declared deceased at the scene. His family have been informed.
Two other people, who were driving a Vauxhall Astra hatchback, were taken to Treliske Hospital for treatment. Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
Police, Fire Service and Ambulance resources all attended the scene and a detailed investigation was conducted by Roads Policing Officers and a Forensic Collision Investigator.
Anyone who witnessed the collision or has any information in relation to it, are asked to contact Devon and Cornwall Police on 101 quoting log number 0009 of 14th December.
