Last week, we were proud to recognise a group of officers and police staff receiving Long Service and Good Conduct Awards, marking 20 and 30 years of dedicated service with Devon & Cornwall Police.
Across neighbourhood policing, investigations, armed response, safeguarding, driver training and public protection, they have supported victims, brought offenders to justice, protected vulnerable people and helped shape the communities they serve.
Behind every award is a career filled with long shifts, difficult decisions, personal sacrifice, teamwork, resilience and unwavering commitment to public service.
We are very proud of all of our staff and would like to thank them and their families, friends and loved ones who have supported them throughout their policing journeys.
