Woman left seriously injured in Ponsanooth collision
Police are seeking witnesses and dashcam footage to a three-car collision in Cornwall which left a woman with life-threatening injuries.
Emergency services were called just after 2.20pm on Thursday 4 May after the collision on the A393 at Pelean Cross on the Lanner side of Ponsanooth.
The collision involved a white VW Tiguan, a blue Ford Kuga and a grey Peugeot 208 GT.
A 62-year-old woman, who was a passenger in the Peugeot, was taken to Treliske Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Two other people were also taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Officers from the Roads Policing Team, supported by local officers, conducted a thorough investigation of the scene and the road was closed for around 10 hours.
They are investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision and asking for any witnesses or anyone who may have relevant dashcam footage to come forward.
