Serious road traffic collision, Cove
Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a serious injury road traffic collision in Cove.
Officers were called at around 4.25pm on Thursday 1 August to the A396, Cove.
It was reported that a collision had taken place involving two vehicles, a Volkswagen Caddy and BMW. A woman in her 40s from Tiverton was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The road was closed whilst investigation took place. Officers from the roads policing team wish to thank the public for their patience whilst the road was closed.
