Two hurt in serious injury collision, near Crediton

Police are appealing for witnesses following a single-vehicle collision on the B3220 near Coldridge, Credition.

It was reported at 11.40am on Thursday 12 December that a collision had occurred on the B3220 just east of Coldridge near Crediton. The collision involved a red Honda quad bike.

As a result of the collision, the 70-year-old male rider of the quad bike and his 61-year-old female pillion passenger, both local to the area, suffered serious injuries.

They were taken to different hospitals by two air ambulances.

The road remained closed while an investigation was carried out at the scene.
