UPDATE | Assault, South Molton
A 28-year-old man has been charged with assault following an incident at a South Molton pub at the weekend.
Jordan Foster, of Hugh Squier Avenue, South Molton, is charged with wound/inflict grievous bodily harm without intent and common assault.
It follows an incident at The Coaching Inn in Queen Street just after 9pm on Saturday 11 October in which a man in his 30s sustained serious injuries. He remains in hospital.
Foster appeared before Exeter Magistrates’ Court on Monday 13 October and was remanded in custody until his next appearance on 13 November at Exeter Crown Court.
