LOCATED | Damien Clay, Exeter
Damien Clay, 40, from Exeter, who was wanted in relation to shoplifting offences, has been located.
He has since been charged with 14 thefts and an assault.
He was remanded in custody at appear before magistrates this morning, 5 December.
