Man charged with assault, Penzance
Police have charged a man in connection to an incident in Market Place, Penzance on Sunday 16 June.
Cory Middleton, 23, of Commercial Road, Penzance, has been charged with section 18 grievous bodily harm with intent.
He is due to appear before Bodmin Magistrates’ Court on Friday 21 June.
An 18-year-old man from Penzance has been arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning grievous bodily harm and on suspicion of possessing a controlled Class A drug. He has been released on police bail, pending further enquiries.
