Man charged with causing grievous bodily harm after Paignton incident
George Whittaker, 44, no fixed abode, has been remanded to appear at Plymouth Magistrates’ Court today, Thursday 23 October, after being charged with Section 18 grievous bodily harm with intent.
It follows an alleged incident in the Grange Road area of Paignton on Saturday 18 October in which a man sustained a serious head injury.
