Serious injury collision, Braunton
We are appealing for witnesses following a single vehicle road traffic collision in Braunton.
The collision on the A361, at Chaloners Road, Braunton, involving a black Sur-Ron electric motorcycle, was reported at around 8.50pm on Saturday 23 August.
As a result of the collision the 17-year-old male rider of the motorbike, from the Braunton area, sustained life-threatening injuries. He was taken to hospital where he remains.
It is believed there was a pillion passenger on the electric motorcycle who left the scene before police arrival.
The road was closed while an examination of the scene was carried out.
