Artur Surmiak
Aged 34, of no fixed abode, Exeter, was sentenced to three years and four months in prison at Exeter Crown Court on Thursday 21 March for one count of arson and being reckless as to whether life is endangered, and one count of attempted being reckless as to whether life is endangered.
