Collision involving pedestrian and car, A38 near Horningtops

Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a road traffic collision on the A38 near Horningtops, Liskeard.

Police were notified of a collision involving what was reported be a white car and a pedestrian at around 9.10pm on Wednesday 28 February.

As a result of this collision, the pedestrian sustained serious injuries. The car did not stop and left the scene. It is believed the car would have had its left side wing mirror casing damaged.

Police are appealing for anyone who may have seen the pedestrian on the road, or has knowledge of the vehicle involved to make contact. The pedestrian was wearing hi-vis trousers at the time.
