Update: Arson, Torquay
Police have identified a male they wanted to speak to in connection with a report of arson in Market Street, Torquay on Tuesday 5 February.
It follows a photo appeal issued by the force on Wednesday 21 February.
Officers would like to thank members of the public for their support.
