Vehicle break-ins, Newquay

Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a series of thefts from vehicles and related vehicle interference in Newquay.

Between Friday 10 January and Thursday 16 January there have been a number of thefts from motor vehicles in several areas of Newquay, including Nansledan and in and around Henver Road.

Patrols have been increased and officers are asking residents to lock their vehicles at all times and remove any personal items and valuables.

If you see anybody acting suspiciously, particularly in the early hours, or theft from a vehicle in progress, please call 999.

Anyone with other relevant information or footage which may help investigating officers is asked to contact police via the Devon & Cornwall Police website or by calling 101 quoting 50250007917
