Outraging public decency appeal, Plymouth
We are seeking the public’s help identifying this man in relation to a report of outraging public decency in Plymouth.
It was reported on the morning of 31 March an unknown man approached McDonald’s in Coypool Road and exposed himself.
We believe the man pictured may be able to assist with our enquiries.
We appreciate the image is not of the highest quality, but we are hopeful somebody may still be able to assist.
